• Account Not Required: You may access our services without creating an account
• Information Accuracy: You must provide accurate contact and payment details
• Service Limitations: Some features may be restricted for guest users
• Order Confirmation: Services begin after payment confirmation

• All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payment is due immediately at checkout
• We accept major credit/debit cards and digital wallets
• Government fees may be additional for registration services

• Consultations will be scheduled within 48 hours of payment
• Registration services begin immediately upon payment
• Completion times vary based on government processing
• We will communicate via email for all service updates

• You retain all rights to materials you provide
• We retain rights to our methodologies and templates
• Final filings become public record per government requirements

Fintrix Consulting's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Government processing delays or rejections
• Errors in information you provide
• Force majeure events

All proceedings will be in English and governed by Indian law.
