Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Nature

All services provided by Fintrix Consulting Private Limited are digital, professional, and consultation-based. Once a service is booked and work has commenced, refunds are not applicable.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are only accepted if the request is made before any work begins on your service.
  • To cancel a service, contact us immediately via email or phone. We will confirm whether the service is eligible for cancellation.

Once our experts begin processing your request, cancellation will not be permitted.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made by the user
  • Service not delivered due to technical error on our end
  • Cancellation request approved before service commencement

No refunds will be provided for customer errors or delays, or after successful delivery of services.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.
